From the low created in the beginning of 2005, Cotton (CT-SpotV) could not break through the resistance met at around 58 cents.

To believe in the predictive power of analysis is to accept a couple of assumptions.
I am talking about black gold and not ‘good oil’ in the sense of the ‘low down’ or ‘secret information’.
