In sideways or falling markets it is too easy to take the view that there is no value and just walk away.
Have you ever taken the time to look at how you become good at something? From your everyday life, pick one or two examples of something you are good at. It may be that you are a very supportive parent, or you may have a successful career.
It is useful to recall the Nick Leeson story to remind ourselves about what not to do in our own trading. I won’t digress into the story of his life and the tragedy which ultimately flowed from his mistakes, but I will look at the parallels between Nick Leeson and traders of all levels.

Yes, it's true. I’m going to start talking about Sugar again! It's been very kind to me and many of our Safety in the Market traders alike. It could be time for more of the same.
The Aussie dollar is on track for a new record, albeit a short-term one. Yes, US80 cents is in sight!
